Metabolic Protocol - Semaglutide
Fat loss + mitochondrial + gut repair - sema core.
How to Use This Protocol
Metabolic Protocol – Semaglutide · 4-weeks · 3 peptides · 6 vials
Three peptides on three different clocks. Semaglutide goes in once a week; MOTS-c a few mornings a week; BPC-157 every day to protect the gut. Once you map them to your week it is straightforward.
- Each peptide gets its own syringe and its own site. Never draw two peptides into one syringe.
- Pick one fixed day for the weekly Semaglutide injection (evening is popular). BPC-157 is daily; MOTS-c is 2-3 mornings a week.
- BPC-157 is here partly to settle the gut side effects GLP-1s can cause. Storage: 28 days refrigerated at 2-8°C, free bacteriostatic water included.
On the 2-3 mornings when MOTS-c and BPC-157 both fall, give each its own syringe at a different spot. Same morning is fine, same syringe is not.
-
Once a week
Weekly Semaglutide injection
Pick one day and keep to it. A single weekly subcutaneous injection, stepped up slowly over the cycle. Evening timing helps you sleep through any early nausea.
-
Every day
BPC-157 daily for the gut
A daily subcutaneous injection that supports the gut lining and helps offset the nausea GLP-1s can bring. The abdomen is fine, and food timing does not matter much.
-
2-3 mornings a week
MOTS-c on training mornings
On a few mornings a week, ideally training days, inject MOTS-c to support cellular energy and fat oxidation. Best on an empty stomach.
-
If side effects bite
Ease the GLP-1, lean on BPC-157
If nausea is strong, hold Semaglutide at its current step instead of increasing, and keep BPC-157 daily. Do not stack two dose increases close together.
Metabolic Protocol: Multi-System Fat Loss & Recovery
The Metabolic Protocol goes beyond simple GLP-1 appetite suppression. By combining Semaglutide with MOTS-c (a mitochondrial peptide that mimics exercise benefits) and BPC-157 (for gut repair and inflammation reduction), this stack addresses weight management from three angles: appetite regulation, cellular energy production, and gastrointestinal health.
This approach is particularly relevant for researchers investigating metabolic syndrome, where gut inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and appetite dysregulation often co-occur. The ~4 week protocol provides a concentrated intervention period.
