Annual is the same protocol below, sized for two full cycles across the year (run one cycle, rest 4-6 months, then repeat). It includes the core compounds Epitalon and GHK-Cu doubled. MOTS-c is not in this pack, so add it separately if you want it in each cycle.
This protocol runs three peptides side by side. Each has its own job and its own best time of day, so the goal is a simple daily rhythm, not juggling vials. Most days are a single morning injection or a single evening one.
During the first 10 days, some evenings you will inject both Epitalon and GHK-Cu. That is fine. Use a separate syringe for each one and inject them at two different spots (for example Epitalon on the left, GHK-Cu on the right). Never draw two peptides into the same syringe.
Inject Epitalon subcutaneously each night before bed for ten nights in a row. It works with your natural melatonin cycle, so evening timing matters. This 10-day pulse is the backbone of the whole protocol.
On 2-3 mornings a week, ideally training days, inject MOTS-c. It signals the body much like exercise does, so pairing it with activity and an empty stomach gets the most from each dose.
2-3 evenings a week, inject GHK-Cu for skin, collagen and tissue support. On evenings that overlap with Epitalon (during the first 10 days), inject each one with its own syringe at a different spot. After day 10 it becomes your only evening injection.
Give the body a break, then run the full protocol again every 4 to 6 months. The Annual pack is built for exactly this: two complete cycles a year at a deeper per-vial saving.
