Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide analogue of the adrenocorticotropic hormone fragment ACTH(4-10), developed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. How to Use Your Peptides

Preparation

Wipe the top of each vial with an alcohol swab. Let air-dry.

Reconstitution
Step 4
Draw BAC water
Draw the required amount of bacteriostatic water into the syringe. Use our calculator if unsure.
Step 5
Inject water into vial
Inject the water slowly into the peptide vial, letting it run down the inside wall. Do not spray directly onto the powder.
Step 6
Swirl to dissolve
Gently swirl the vial until the powder dissolves. Do not shake.

Check the solution
Check the solution: no undissolved particles, no bubbles, clear liquid. If not, wait and swirl again.
Step 8
Draw your dose
Draw your dose slowly from the reconstituted peptide vial.

Nasal Administration
This peptide is administered intranasally, not via injection. Follow the steps below.

Transfer solution
Transfer the reconstituted solution into a nasal spray bottle.

Prime the sprayer
Pump 2–3 times into the air until a fine mist appears.

Administer
Tilt your head slightly forward. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, angled slightly outward. Press and inhale gently. Repeat for the other nostril if directed.

Avoid blowing your nose for 10–15 minutes after administration.

Add 2ml of BAC water to the 10mg vial, producing a concentration of 5mg/ml (5,000mcg/ml). Transfer the solution to a nasal spray bottle. A standard nasal sprayer typically delivers 0.1ml per actuation. At this concentration, each spray provides approximately 500mcg.

When discussing Semax dosage, a common range is 200–600 mcg daily, administered intranasally in the morning or early afternoon.
Dosage usually starts at 200 mcg and is titrated according to personal experience. Administration can be split into morning and early afternoon. Use in the evening is not advised due to the fact that increased alertness has been reported by some individuals.
